This Learning Pathway focuses on understanding workplace relationships and improving communication. Learn dispute resolution techniques, interpersonal and self-management skills, how to get along with difficult co-workers and employees, and how to maximize performance within a multi-generational organization. Housing agencies will learn proactive prevention methods and strategies to defend themselves against possible employment lawsuits.
