As part of your overall resident orientation program we bring you this engaging, short orientation video to share with your applicants and residents. This video highlights housekeeping requirements, health and safety precautions, and how to be a good neighbor. Duration: 12 Minutes.

• Examine resident rights and responsibilities including effective communication practices; rights to a decent, safe, and sanitary environment; and annual inspections
• Examine lease requirements such as payment of rent, reporting changes in income, reporting overnight and extended-stay guests, as well as changes in household composition
• Examine housekeeping requirements such as avoiding clutter, pest prevention, the importance of reporting repairs immediately, and conserving energy.
• Examine safety and security protocols including fire safety, smoke detectors, criminal activity, and working together with your neighbors to reduce noise, maintain cleanliness, and report environmental hazards
